- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Stick Velveeta Cheese
- 1 Bag Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Can Diced Chiles
- 1 tbl Meat Church Fajita Seasoning
- 1-3 Splashes Milk
Preheat your grill with the lid closed to about 350˚F. In the meantime, gather a pan or skillet suitable for use on the grill.
Open the can of Rotel and drain any excess liquid.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into smaller cubes for easier melting.
Pour the shredded cheese, diced chiles, and fajita seasoning into the pan. Then add the Rotel and the cubed Velveeta cheese to the pan.
Add a couple of splashes of milk to the mixture.
Once the grill has reached the desired temperature, place the pan on the grill and Stir occasionally to ensure even melting and to prevent sticking.
Monitor the mixture closely and remove it from the grill once the cheeses have fully melted.
