- 1-3 tbl Meat Church Holy Cow Seasoning
- 1-3 tbl Sucklebusters SPG Seasoning
Preheat your grill with the lid closed to about 350/400˚F .
In the meantime season your steak, add as much or as little to the steak as you desire.
Once the grill is heated, place the steak on the grill and cook to your desired temperature.
After reaching desired temperature, lightly wrap in tin foil and let the steak rest for 5 minutes, temperature should rise while resting.
