Preheat your grill with the lid closed to about 350/400˚F .
In the meantime season your turkey, add as much or as little to the turkey as you desire.
Once the grill is heated, place the turkey on the grill and cook to 165˚F
After reaching desired temperature, lightly wrap in tin foil and let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes, temperature should rise while resting.
Serve the flavorful turkey as the main for any dish, it goes GREAT with our smoked funeral potatoes and smoked stuffing!
