Smoked Ham
Grill a delicious ham! Preheat to 350/400°F, season to taste (between slices if desired), cook to 145°F. Wrap in foil, glaze if desired, and rest for 5-10 mins. Serve as a flavorful main, pairs perfectly with smoked funeral potatoes and stuffing!

Preheat your grill with the lid closed to about 350/400˚F .
In the meantime season your ham, add as much or as little to the ham as you desire. (Add seasoning in between each slice of ham if desired)
Once the grill is heated, place the ham in a pan and cook to 145˚F
After reaching desired temperature, lightly wrap in tin foil (Add glaze on ham) and let the ham rest for 5-10 minutes,
Serve the flavorful ham as the main for any dish, it goes GREAT with our smoked funeral potatoes and smoked stuffing!
