- 3 Lb Bag Of Cheez-Itz
- 1/4 Cup Peanut or Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Boars Night Out: White Lightning with Butter & Garlic BBQ Seasoning
Turn grill to smoke setting or set to 200-225 °F, allow to preheat & build smoke.
Fill deep dish pan with Cheez-Its, White Lightning seasoning, and oil - mixing well.
Let pan sit for 10 minutes allowing the seasoning time to activate into crackers.
Once grill is smoking, put pan of crackers on grate & close the lid.
Smoke for 45 minutes, building a strong smoky flavor.
Turn up to 300 °F for additional 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
CAREFULLY remove from grill & allow to cool.
