Fun and Creative Uses for Mason Jars and Lids
Mason jars have become a DIY sensation. There are hundreds of Pinterest Pages and blogs dedicated to crafting with these inexpensive, yet pragmatic jars. We looked around and found some interesting ideas. We love them for their uniqueness, frugality, and simplistic design. Many of the projects are perfect for engaging the whole family, a group of friends, even dads on weekends in the workshop. Furthermore, these creative uses for mason jars and lids use the entire jar, so no more drawers filled with discarded covers collecting dust and taking up space. Mason Jar Lid Coasters
Gather your lids and place the inner circle on top of a thin sheet of adhesive cork. Trace around the lids then cut out the circles. Stamp or stencil your favorite image in the center of each cork circle. Make sure to use solvent based ink so that it doesn’t smear from the moisture. Let Dry. Peel the backing off the cork and affix on the lid. To add another decorative touch super glue the circle to the rim. Cheers!

Mason Jar lids are an ideal vessel for individual desserts. Allow yourself and others to enjoy a little something sweet while maintaining the perfect portion control.
